Do certain foods trigger inflammation? Yes, plenty of them. Can certain foods relieve pain? Certainly! Might herbs help? Absolutely! That is part of nature’s plan.

Food allergies and sensitivities are a major source of inflammation which eventually causes pain and disease. Allergies come in two types - immediate reactions and delayed type. Careful observation and isolating the eating of certain foods may reveal the offender. Some people use the Pulse Test (offenders will stress the body thus raising the normal pulse rate) while others seek advice from a health professional. Another aggressive element are “bad” fats and oils that can fan the flames of inflammation, such as meats that contain arachidonic acid. Common oils, such as corn oil also contain this acid which converts to prostaglandin E2.

Lectins are natural substances found in foods that many people react to. Wheat, glutinous grains, nightshade plants and other problematic allergic foods turn out to be high in different types of lectins. Optimal Vibration Level – Joy Song
The variable vibration level or fundamental range of a healthy human cell is around 65 hertz, meaning the hertz may go below or above this level but the cell’s innate intelligence knows its balanced set point. I call this the Joy Song. Due to various stressors, poor nutrition, negative thinking, fear, exposure to toxicities, lack of rest, electromagnetic pollution etc., the healthy hertz ratio will decrease. Once the frequency of a cell is lower than optimal, the cell functions sluggishly and the respiration of the cell will be reduced into a low oxygen condition which encourages the pH to swing toward too much acid. High acidic levels impact nutrient uptake and waste removal and the cell starts to age even faster. If there are additional toxicities stored in the tissues and endocrine system, the cell can become locked into a toxic state and inertia sets in causing poor circulation and inflammation. Inflammation further slows down fluid circulation and vitality plummets until the Joy Song becomes muffled.

Autonomic Nervous System Balance
Anytime that our energy operates in a manner that is not in keeping with nature’s plan, the Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) part of the autonomic nervous system, called the fight or flight response, can become triggered. Normally during a day the body will switch between the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS) and the SNS like a wave, fluid and moving. This is the nature of the Joy Song. This natural oscillation reflects vibrant health. Researchers of the autonomic system however have estimated that approximately 90% of people tested are locked into Sympathetic Dominance. If the SNS dominates, which is typical in the United States I have read, perceptions are running on the emergency train tracks of the nervous system. Stress is found within and without, everything is perceived as stress. Yuck! The SNS is not designed for constant travel; it’s more of a back up system. Unhealthy Parasympathetic dominance can occur when the person has been in the SNS dominant state too long and has exhausted the body. We call this a chronic disease pattern.
